My Journey

After burning out in government communications during the early pandemic, I decided to “Eat, Pray, Love” my way through Latin America as soon as travel became possible. I was looking for fresh perspective—both personally and professionally.

That’s when I dove into UX Design and it felt like everything clicked. Finally, I’d found the perfect blend of being wildly organized and visually creative.

Since then, I’ve worked across the entire product cycle—from brainstorming & research, to prototyping & developer handoff.

My Style

My background in political communications really comes in handy during user interviews and stakeholder management. But when I’m deep in visual design work, that’s when I hit my flow state.

My ideal role lets me dive into the pixels and keep sight of the bigger “why” behind the project. That’s where I think teams deliver their best—when there’s clarity and purpose driving the work.

Right now, I’m open to full-time or contract opportunities with a team that values organization, collaboration, and creativity.

My Vibe

When I’m not designing you’ll find me at the gym, doing yoga, or taking a walk & listening to comedy podcasts.

Lately, I’ve been trying to pick up skateboarding—my way of compensating for the lack of surf around here.

If I sound like a good fit for your team or project, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
